We operate one of the most advanced small breweries in the UK here in our Glasgow operation. Imported from Germany, our brewery offers true cutting-edge technology enabling us to produce beers of the most exacting quality and consistency. From our high copper chimneys through to our fully-automated control system, we mix time-honoured tradition and modern innovation in our brewery.

You can actually look down into our brewhouse from the beer hall above and watch our brewers at work, as we also operate a zero-emission system which means we recycle all of our steam waste and convert it into hot water for our next brewing cycle.
